Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour package with Focus Travels. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking a tour package with Focus Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Focus Travels reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Focus Travels. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from us. We operate on a custom quote basis — pricing is provided individually for each itinerary and is valid for the period stated in your quote. Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation relative to your departure date and the suppliers involved (hotels, transport, guides). In general: cancellations more than 30 days before departure may attract a partial charge; cancellations within 15–30 days will incur a higher percentage; cancellations within 7 days or no-shows may result in no refund. Specific terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Focus Travels will make every reasonable effort to recover costs on your behalf from third-party suppliers.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Focus Travels reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, or supplier failures. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of equivalent standard. No refund will be provided for unused services where changes arise from force majeure.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and personal liability before travel. Focus Travels is not liable for any costs arising from the absence of adequate travel insurance.
6. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents — including a valid passport, visas, and health certifications — are obtained before departure. Focus Travels can provide general guidance on visa requirements but accepts no liability for denied entry or any costs arising from missing documentation.
7. Liability
Focus Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, guides, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of these third parties, nor from events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the total amount paid for the tour package in question.
8. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your tour, please bring it to the attention of your guide or our local representative immediately so that we can attempt to resolve it on the spot. Any formal complaint should be submitted in writing to focus@focustravels.co.in within 30 days of your return. We are unable to consider complaints received after this period.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, itineraries, logos, and graphics — is the property of Focus Travels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Focus Travels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
