Arrive Manali and transfer to hotel. Evening walk through Old Manali's cafes and craft shops. Overnight in Manali.

Morning visit to Hadimba Temple, a wooden shrine set in a cedar forest, and the Manu Temple. Afternoon white-water rafting session on the Beas River, covering a scenic stretch with moderate rapids suitable for beginners. Overnight in Manali.

Full day at Solang Valley, a meadow ringed by snow-capped peaks and one of Himachal's main adventure hubs. Activities include paragliding (tandem, with certified instructors), zorbing (rolling downhill inside a giant inflatable ball), and, seasonally, a chairlift ride for panoramic views. Morning drive to Kasol (approx. 75 km / 3 hrs) through the Parvati Valley, known for its riverside cafes and backpacker culture. Afternoon walk along the Parvati River and through Kasol's market. Overnight in Kasol.

Morning drive to Barshaini (approx. 17 km / 45 min), the trailhead for Kheerganga. Trek (approx. 12 km, moderate, gaining altitude steadily through pine and cedar forest) to Kheerganga, a high-altitude meadow renowned for its natural hot spring. Overnight camping at Kheerganga.

Morning soak in the natural hot spring, with sweeping views over the Parvati Valley. Rest of the day at leisure at the campsite, or a short exploratory walk further up the ridge. Overnight camping at Kheerganga.

Morning trek back down to Barshaini, then drive back to Manali (approx. 90 km / 3.5 hrs). Evening at leisure for last-minute shopping in Manali's market. Overnight in Manali.

Transfer to Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali) airport or Chandigarh for onward/international flight connection.
